Noble wines 242 Sauvignon Blanc Monterey 2021
Sauvignon Blanc is a hard varietal to get right. Its a combination of sweet and sour. It’s really easy to get to much sour and not enough sweet. One can spend a good sum of money from a name brand horticultural area and have a bunch of sour. So this is a balancing act. The Noble wines version of this varietal has got this balance pretty darn good, and considering the price… they have done a very good job. For the money you can’t hardly beat this.
